Details

Sports labs can be multi-functional spaces which are often out of use during non-teaching hours. By utilising these spaces as effectively as possible, there is a reduced demand for exterior locations to be set up, allowing emissions, space and financial savings on many frontiers.

Consider if the lab may be offered out to maximise the use of the space via opening up access or hiring it out to the public. Assess if they can be offered as work-out spaces, for example, to enrolled students or to special needs individuals, or as rehabilitation or public hire spaces that can utilise the specialist equipment.
