The aim of this education is to increase staff motivation and capability to contribute to any sustainability efforts. It will also promote a workplace culture that values environmental sustainability. These both have the potential to increase job satisfaction. Similarly, supporting staff to access wellbeing activities that involve engagement with the natural environment will reinforce this culture. Check if there is a wellbeing team within the wider organisation who may be able to help.
Any changes should be informed by staff feedback.
