Staff may want to reduce the environmental impact of their commute but be facing barriers that they are struggling to overcome alone. Staff feedback will therefore be central to success. Larger organisations may have a travel and transport team that the lab can work with. In England the NHS has a Net Zero Travel and Transport Strategy that aims to reduce staff travel emissions by 50% by 2033.
